The location and wellness area were very nice, but the breakfast buffet wasn’t restocked, the reception was sometimes empty, the hotel bar was never open, and there was no lighting from the hotel to the parking lot.

Fitness Einrichtung sehr gut. Anfangs keine Getränkekarte, Personal kennt auch keine Preise. Rezeption vom Zimmer nicht durch Kurzwahl zu erreichen. Reklamiert. Damen an der Rezeption überfordert, kennen keine Kurzwahl. Bei Bezug des Zimmers . keine Telefonnummern oder Infos vorhanden. TV Gerät ohne Erklärung. Hotel hat noch viele kleine Baustellen
