Aurora Eco Hotel

The location was excellent, right in the historic center of the city. The terrace offered a superb view with the Blue Mosque in front, a nice view of a good part of Istanbul, and a view of the Marmara Sea. The beds were comfortable, although a bit narrow. They didn’t have TV connectivity, the usual excuse – “it will be fixed in 2–3 days” (exactly when you leave, probably!). The internet was low quality and I couldn’t watch a match on my laptop without major interruptions. The room was small, but it didn’t bother us too much.

The beds were small and the rooms were tiny, so I didn't enjoy the stay.

“Very disappointing bad old building . I forgot my copper water botle contacted manager he said collect it any time went”

The place looks great in photos but is very bad in reality; the building is very old and the room wasn't what was shown in the pictures.

The room is small but clean, and I appreciate the water bottles, tea, kettle, sugar, slippers, shampoo, and hair dryer provided. It might sound odd to thank you for that, but we booked another nearby hotel where the room was larger yet had no water, no shampoo, and the hair dryer didn’t work, plus it cost more. The hotel’s location is simply great!
