The apartment was clean, the shower had hot water, and it was spacious enough for three adults; the residential location kept noise down, the host gave clear check‑in instructions, the nearby market was a short walk with limited options but we had other plans; we loved the city bus route right above us, making it easy to return to Old Town, and both the Montenegro full‑day tour and the 3‑islands tour were picked up and dropped off just 30 seconds away—great bonus.

“Bright, airy stay atop Dubrovnik!”

We enjoyed our stay: the room was bright, airy, and comfortable with a stunning view that made mornings special; despite being off a main road, it stayed quiet at night, got a bit warm in late afternoon/early evening due to west‑facing windows but the A/C worked well, and the slanted ceilings were manageable even for someone over 6”; the hosts helped recommend restaurants and arrange an airport driver. The stairs were brutal, but the view and peace made it worthwhile; the bus stop was close, yet the bus service was unreliable, so keep that in mind if you plan to use it often.

The accommodation is very good with nice areas, a good view, very quiet, and a nice outdoor space; it could be cleaner and smell fresher.

I liked the place – it’s clean, safe, and the host was very helpful, plus it’s in a great spot. The only downside is that getting down into the city is easy, but coming back from the city or old town is tough; you’ll need a taxi, Uber, or be ready to climb a slope or stairs.
