The balcony was amazing, but the room itself was very small; my son and his wife had a larger room that was lovely. The staff were helpful and the location excellent, yet the breakfast was just okay and the rooms had a slightly musty smell. Mornings were noisy, especially Friday night when ferries came and went right in front of the building.

The location is outstanding and the view from the room overlooks the lake. The terrace on the top floor beside our room is precious for a quality time. The staff is very discreet and helpful, and the reception greeting is warm. The restaurant food is exceptional. Thanks. The breakfast should have a local touch, for example, lemonade.

The hotel sits perfectly by the lake in the heart of the beautiful town, with everything within walking distance—from restaurants and shops to various sights—and the ambience matches the town’s charm. Breakfast was excellent and rounded off our stay nicely. The super‑friendly, attentive, and helpful service made us feel truly welcome. A special highlight was the shuttle from the sister hotel, where our car is parked; we were even driven by golf‑cart through the pedestrian zone to the hotel—a truly unique service! The great pools and especially the unbeatable view from our room made the stay even more special. We felt completely at ease and would recommend the hotel anytime. Nothing negative—if anything, we just wanted to stay longer. The ferry terminal is right in front of the hotel, so there’s a lot of traffic during the day, but that’s expected from the location and wasn’t a nuisance. On the contrary, we were very mobile on the lake and our car could stay parked.
