We didn’t stay! We didn’t stay!! The host didn’t have the room available!! Why are we charged?? Nothing. We never were in the room!!

The location is great—close to the mall, late‑night food, and near immigration. The gym could use an upgrade, but it’s fine for a very basic workout.

Not happy. We booked a 4th‑floor pool‑view condo for a romantic three‑night stay and paid a non‑cancellable fee in advance. We received a confirmation for a 4th‑floor pool view. When we got close to checking in, we were told we’d be moved to a 14th‑floor ghetto view room. The management switched our room and made us pay the full price for a lower‑quality room.
