I hadn't completed the online check‑in, and when I arrived at the Stay Helbor reception I was told I needed to do it; I was worried because I didn't know my room number and needed to contact the hostess. As soon as I reached out via the booking app, the hostess responded quickly with all the information I needed to give to reception and access the suite. Her promptness was amazing.

The room was decent but the bathroom had no ventilation; the manager gave me a nice feedback but the hotel failed to meet my request. Wi‑Fi didn’t work, breakfast was poor and by 9:30 many items were still missing, yet I was still charged. I remembered staying at the old RADiSSON in Santos two years ago, which was perfect, and now I feel I wasted money on this overpriced place.

The apartment was clean, organized, and in good overall condition, but it was missing a blackout curtain so at 5:00 am nobody could sleep, and they also forgot to put soap in the bathroom.
