Breakfast. Breakfast was really good. But two things I find very unprofessional is that we told them that our TV is not working but instead of solving the problem they give us evasive reply. We stayed there for 4 days but they have not solved the problem. On the last day, the water supply ran out. We made several calls and waited for about 45 min minutes, but the water supply was still not restored. In the end, we had to take a bath using whatever little water was left in the bucket. I accidentally broke a glass used for drinking water. We were charged ₹300 for it. We pointed out that an ordinary drinking glass should not cost that much, but they still charged us ₹300. Under Indian consumer law, a hotel’s failure to provide a facility that was promised or represented as part of the room can amount to “deficiency in service.” Under Section 2(11) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, “deficiency” broadly means any fault, imperfection, shortcoming, or inadequacy in the quality, nature, or manner of performance that is required by law, contract, or otherwise undertaken by the service provider. They fail to acknowledge their own deficiency in service, but when we accidentally broke a drinking glass, they charged us ₹300 for it. It's not about 300 Rs. It's about the lack of professionalism
