“Confirmed booking, but no accommodation was provided.”
Unfortunately, there was nothing to like because I couldn’t check in. The host cancelled my stay for maintenance after my booking had already been confirmed. The host contacted me before check‑in and said the chalet was unavailable due to maintenance, even though my booking had been confirmed. I had to find another place to stay at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and extra costs. This experience was very disappointing.
