I had told the hotel before my stay that I wanted feather‑down pillows, and to my surprise, they were already in my room when I checked in. Thank you!

The accommodation was very good. I have nothing to complain about. All staff are kind and helpful. I will return whenever I go to Austin.

The rooms were roomy, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and getting around was a breeze, but the luggage carts were a bit too small for my liking.
