We had an absolutely fantastic stay; the room was perfect, spacious, full of character with vaulted ceilings, a great bed, and an outstanding balcony view. Breakfast was superb. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Perfect! Leaving was a bit of a downside.

The location was perfect, right on the beach. Breakfast was the best I've had in Sri Lanka. No complaints.

Exceptional accommodation in Unawatuna, great value for money. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. It’s beachfront and close to shops and restaurants.

I stayed in a spot that’s really convenient, the staff were friendly, and my room had a balcony that was super comfy. The hotel has grown and is no longer a boutique hotel, which is a downside.

Everything was spot on: the location, the services, and the food.
