The staff were neither professional nor friendly, and you can't pay with a credit card; they don't warn you, so you have to take a taxi upon arrival to get cash. The room was left uncleaned for three days, and the location is on the main road. The climate control is non‑adjustable.

The location and breakfast were good, and the Operations Manager was always very friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant, especially during breakfast, lacked quietness; guests behaved loudly and inappropriately, which was extremely disruptive.

Hotel Arina on Havelok Island is a charming place that offers guests a peaceful rest surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere, the beach is very close—just across the street—but we explored the island by scooter.
