The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast is excellent! We even get free bus tickets to Quebec City.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The room we had on the second floor with a private balcony was directly over the front entrance of the hotel. 1) not much of a view and 2) accros the street from construction (very noisy) that lasted till at least 1am
