Beautifully designed concept hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The pool was super comfortable and we enjoyed it. There is not much around the property to do

We loved the energy at Ace Hotel Athens. Cool, creative interior design matched by an equally cool team of staff who really brought the place to life. The vibe around the swimming pool was fantastic, with a great atmosphere, good music and a relaxed, social energy. A hotel with real personality!. The one disappointment was room service. The hotel advertises 24-hour room service, but when we checked in at 22:30, we were told the kitchen was already closed. Not quite what you expect from a hotel advertising a 24-hour service

Breakfast, rooftop restaurant, cleanliness, pool area superb. Quiet room and very comfy bed. Service close to excellent in restaurants. Room was very small given the price, especially the bathroom did not meet expectations. Service was most of the time good, but varying - sometimes we did not receive what was ordered, eg dental kit in room. Also room service was supposed to be 24/7 but was not. Did not manage to connect phone to tv for streaming

החדר היה מעולה. המיטה והמצעים מהנוחים שיצא לי להשתמש. קצת צפוף בחדר

Beautiful communal areas and ambience but our room was tiny. Hard to open 2 suitcases and be comfortable or able to move around room
