The views were amazing, the place was safe and quiet, and the patio was spacious with new, clean equipment. It would be perfect if curtains were installed for those who want complete darkness while sleeping.

A very well‑sanitized farmhouse at the entrance of Kouses. Modern kitchen appliances and accessories, two superb TVs and a washing machine complete the unusual comfort. The courtyard with comfortable seating and a roof terrace with sitting and lying options invites you to chill and makes a vacation day fly by. We sat on the roof late in the evening and watched the Kamaresberg and Psiloritis. Unfortunately, the sunshades were missing, so we couldn’t use the roof terrace in the afternoon.

“Tolles Haus in toller Lage”

The accommodation is a beautifully and tastefully renovated stone house for a relaxing stay. After our day trips, we happily returned to the calm atmosphere of the house and enjoyed the lovely courtyard. The house is directly on the entrance street to Kouses yet quiet. Thanks to the comfortable beds, we slept very well. Aside from a few minor issues we already passed on to guest care, the house is fully recommended. We will gladly return. There was little to complain about; we would have appreciated blackout options in the bedrooms.

The house appears recently renovated and was very clean. The location is extremely calm, surrounded by nature, yet only 15–20 minutes by car from Matala. The kitchen is very well equipped. High‑quality Smart TVs, very smooth to use. The house in general is well equipped, with a rooftop offering a beautiful view of nature and amazing sunsets. And of course, the super cute black cat that takes care of the place 🐈‍⬛, we absolutely loved it! The listing says there are two showers, but in reality only one is fully functional. The second one is in a small bathroom with the toilet, and using it risks flooding the room, so it’s more of a toilet than a real shower. The bedding was not very comfortable for us, but that may be subjective, as we are used to a firmer mattress. The air conditioning works but is not very efficient. At times it still felt hot even when turned on, and it can be a bit noisy, especially the one in the bedroom. One of the bedrooms is very spacious, while the other is quite small. For two couples it was difficult to decide, so we feel the house is more suited for a family than for two couples.
