The property is very pretty with a fantastic pool, grill, and volleyball court. It’s rural, yet the bus to Arezzo is just a short walk away. Host Gianluca was very friendly, helpful, and always reachable. The living room could be a bit cozier for rainy days.

The location is excellent, the villa sits in a very quiet setting. We really liked the house; it’s perfect for a group of friends or family.
