The shower is amazing, the location is ideal, and the staff are great. Everything else is perfect. The only drawback is the Wi‑Fi, which I suspect is a regional issue in Patagonia; it caused some inconvenience when I needed to upload files.

The hotel is just a one‑minute walk from the terminal. A mini‑supermarket and a highly rated restaurant share the same building, making it the perfect spot after a long trek.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The front‑desk lady was friendly and helpful. It’s next to the bus station and about a 20‑minute walk from the Fitzroy trail entrance, offering good value. The only issue was a two‑hour wait to check in because no one was at reception and the WhatsApp contact didn’t respond. The host should reach out a day before arrival to confirm times if that’s so important, and improve communication. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Room service was excellent; we had a key for the room and another for the hallway so we could come and go anytime, since the front key locks at night. The TV has DirecTV and works perfectly, and there’s a larger, newer one in the lounge where I watched Formula 1. The bathroom was immaculate, the water pressure great, and the beds were beautiful.
