Everything was perfect: it was super clean, the canal view was lovely, the pans and pots were stainless steel which is a plus, it was quiet, and we had a lovely stay. I didn’t like the pool situation; it was advertised that they have a pool with a partner hotel, but it wasn’t disclosed that the partner hotel is a 55‑minute walk away. I’m not sure if that was temporary, but we ended up not using the pool.

I was looking for a classic American apartment and found one that fit the bill 😃 The reception was very friendly. The apartment was well furnished, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. From the window you could see a lovely canal where boats dock. It was quiet. Parking was free. Because the hotel’s pool was under renovation, we were lucky that the hotel had a partnership with another nearby hotel, so we could use their pool right by the sea, complete with towels and free coffee. Outside of peak season we were almost the only guests. Everything was perfect.

The beds were comfortable and the location was right next to where our friend lives. When I called to confirm if the pool would be operational, the staff member lied and said it would be available in front of the property. When we arrived, not only was that lie true, we discovered the pool was non‑functional the entire time. The employee I spoke with seemed indifferent, offered no discount or alternative, and still charged me a $50 resort fee for pool towels and parking—though I didn’t even have a car, just a rental. He seemed clueless about what was happening and didn’t even try to find out. Ironically, I was never even given towels.

The unit was large and had a full kitchen, making it feel more like home than a simple room. It was comfortable, clean, and the balcony was lovely. I’d stay again.
