The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, both savory and sweet. The beds were very comfortable. The room was tiny for two people and a dog. It was also disappointing that there was only a 20 cm long clothes rail for hanging items like two suits, and no wardrobe.

Modern, high‑quality room, perfect service. Everything ran smoothly, great staff. Excellent location for city visits. The windows face a very busy intersection with heavy car and tram traffic. As usual in Germany, the air conditioning doesn’t cool in winter, so you either open the window and hear traffic all night or close it and sweat. Another example of cutting costs at the expense of customer comfort.
