The homestay in Gijorkaster was beautiful, offering a lovely view. It’s reachable by car and has on‑site parking. The road to get there is small and steep, which could be tough for some drivers, but our SUV handled it fine. The castle and bazar are about a 20‑minute walk, with hills to go up and down. The garden is gorgeous, the bed is very comfortable, and we’d love to return.

Delicious breakfast, stunning views both morning and night, quiet yet centrally located and walkable, very pleasant and responsive host, parking available. The entrance to the accommodation has narrow passages (not possible for two cars, requiring maneuvers), so prepare for that.

The outdoor spaces are beautifully arranged, with secure cycle parking and easy access to the hosts. The outlook is stunning, the modern facilities are good, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is that it’s a long ride up from the valley floor on bicycles.
