The facilities were impressive, the restaurant is a great option for both dinner and breakfast, and the staff are very friendly. Everything was correct.

The location is excellent. Getting into the room is not easy for an elderly person on a wheelchair. The food was good, but the bathroom was adequate with a small shower and a place to sit.

The staff were amazing, but the staff also included the owners, who are nothing but rude and condescending to the patrons, but also this is select patron, they pick and chose and unfortunately we were the ones who received their unprofiloeffionalism, the wife owner was the worst. The place felt like a prison, the only place which you can go to which is the bar, swimming and outside area you couldn't access it if they are hosting their friends and patrons have to go and entertain themselves outside by the entrance. We were treated like we are living there for free. WiFi is horrible they subject you to access the WiFi only at the bar and restaurant area, obviously this if for people to spend more y cause you won't get access when you are in your sleeping area. They treated their stuff like crap and this is.mostly the wife. Mind you we were there for 3 days, check out time is 10 am, buy 6 am we were out cause we couldn't stand another minute there. I just feel sorry for the stiff cause they have no choice. Anyone who is going to that area, please don't book, there is another guest 2 km from that hotel we visited and our heart broke if only we had done proper research. The wife is horrible. The treatment, and lack of access to facil7we booked for, swimming pool dirty we didn't even get to swim
