Everything stayed spotless, the employees were kind, helpful, and welcoming, and I always choose this spot when we visit Rotovegas for MTB. It’s perfect and has everything you need, though I wish there was clearer information about how to use the washing machine and oven in the units, and a guide on what to do with recycling would be helpful.

The hot pools were fantastic and the surroundings were lovely. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

We liked the location in relation to some of Rotorua's main attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was just the right size for our needs - We appreciated the ease of parking. The pool area was in need of reburbishment- it has a sad run down appearance

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but we found rubbish bins right next to our toilet/shower windows, and when people dumped bottles in them late at night it was really noisy. The toilet windows had no curtains, so it felt like anyone could see us when we hung around the bins. A place to hang wet pool towels outside would help. The family pool was colder than the outside pool, and the pools are very small for the crowds.
