Staff did accommodate my wife with room change to first floor as she has trouble with steps. Hand rails in the bathroom, water in the sink ran really slow

The floors in our room were filthy, leaving my feet and my children's feet black after walking on them. When we tried to wind down for the night, there were no fitted sheets or mattress protectors on either bed. The room felt stuffy and stale once the A/C was turned on. We normally aren’t complainers, but we paid $138 a night for a weekend visit to family, and the property feels a bit older. We voiced our concerns to staff, and all they offered was a generic apology; no one asked how they could fix the issue. The exterior looked pleasing, but the interior was a very different experience.

The property looked attractive and was clean, with a comfortable bed. However, there was only one hand towel in the room, which showed a lack of housekeeping detail. Breakfast was marginal, and the room was oddly furnished and somewhat dimly lit.
