The beach at Espelho is gorgeous, and the seaside lodge offers just enough simplicity for a relaxing stay. Staff are very attentive, and the breakfast and other meals are of excellent quality. However, the mattresses need replacement: the queen bed had a significant indentation on one side, and the single bed felt overly dense.

Enseada do Espelho is ideal for unplugging on a beautiful beach, providing comfort, well‑being, and a prime location. Everyone—especially Raiane and Clodoaldo—was courteous, attentive, and friendly. The restaurant is superb, with night snacks and dishes carefully prepared by Chef Anderson, offering quality and good taste. I’ll return because I loved the beach. Improvements could be made to the Wi‑Fi signal and lighting between the parking lot and the lodge; we arrived from Trancoso at night and it was very dark, so lanterns were needed for safety. Another suggestion is to have lounge chairs on the sand, but when requested they were promptly delivered. Everything works when you ask, and the Baiano is hospitable, cheerful, and polite.

The place is quiet, with polite, helpful, and attentive staff. The view is stunning, and the room is clean and organized. Prices for menu items are high, above average, but that seems to be the norm for most accommodations on this beach.
