We adored everything! The riad is gorgeous, with an amazing garden and charming décor. Charles was a fantastic host—friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to the main staff member, who was tireless and treated us like family, and who served us breakfast with a smile. We ate lunch and dinner at the riad, and the food was delicious—authentic, well‑made Moroccan cuisine! The pool is great, and the location is perfect, close to everything yet very quiet. We really want to return. Nothing to criticize!

After many years of visiting Marrakech and staying in countless Riads, Palais ElArsat truly stands out. It is breathtaking. I’ve never seen a Riad in all of Marrakesh set in such a beautiful garden. The swimming pool is amazing—a real pool—and it’s heated most of the year. The room was comfortable, and Charles and his team looked after us from start to finish.

This place is incredible. In the middle of noisy Marrakesh, you find a surprisingly calm oasis just seconds from the city's madness. The pool, spa, and rooms are spot‑on. After dining out a few times, we ended up eating inside the Riyad because it was just better. The host is fantastic, arranging tours and giving solid advice on how to spend your time. We'll definitely return every time we go back to Marrakesh.

This riad feels like a little slice of heaven, set in a cool, beautiful garden with a gorgeous pool and tasteful Moroccan décor that feels both polished and cozy. We enjoyed a private rooftop terrace that served our three rooms – pure luxury. Our host Charles and his assistant welcomed us warmly and took great care of us throughout the visit. The hammam and massages offered on‑site were excellent, and the chicken tajine with lemon and olives on arrival was unforgettable; breakfasts were delicious and everything was spot‑on. Many thanks again, Charles!
