“Volto de novo”
Muito top atendimento limpeza. Pessoal gente boa na próxima volto para lá. Limpeza atenção moça que limpa nota mil
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious—10/10. The bed was comfortable and you could sit outside nicely. The place was very noisy.
“Infelizmente, a falta de conforto térmico, o barulho durante a noite e algumas falhas na organização prejudicaram a noss”
Despite the thermal comfort, noise, and organization issues, we had a good impression in some areas: the bed was comfortable, the hostel was clean, and there was good interaction among guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The shower was a major drawback: in the morning we could get hot water early, but at night it wasn’t possible, which was very problematic given the low nighttime temperatures. We stayed in room 104, which was very cold. The hostel’s acoustics were also a big issue; it was very noisy, especially at night and in the early morning. Sometimes guests arrived late, talked loudly, and laughed in the reception, and on one of those occasions we had to ask them to lower their volume. We felt there was no guidance from the hostel about respecting quiet hours and no staff at the reception during the night to handle such situations. Because most tours in the area start very early, we needed to rest and sleep at quieter times, so the difficulty sleeping heavily impacted our experience. We also requested breakfast to be prepared for three days, but it was only done once. These points could be improved to give a more comfortable experience, especially for travelers who need rest for day trips.
The upper beds in the bunk were hard to reach because there were few ways to hold on. The only window on the upper bed belonged to someone else, so ventilation was nearly impossible. It was very noisy, so I couldn’t find any quiet spot. In the female dorm there was no key to lock the room, and the front door wasn’t locked either, meaning theoretically anyone could walk into the hostel and into the rooms.
The staff were very nice and the themed activities were great; we had a pisco sour workshop that was very enjoyable. Breakfast was good.
