The location was great. Everything else was exactly as expected.

The staff were polite and had a good attitude. However, in our bathroom we even found a cockroach! After we switched rooms, there was no compensation, and we had to move our luggage back and forth after a long day, which was exhausting. The bathroom design was also very ill‑thought; the bathtub was slippery and easy to fall on.

The staff were always super friendly and helpful. The location was great and the value for money was excellent. The sauna was free after 5pm. The smart TV could be better.

“Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles très décevant !”

The location was close to the BTS, gym, and pool included. The room was very old‑fashioned, the bathroom was not clean at all, and there was no umbrella in the room during a storm. The room did not match the photo on Booking, and at €40 a night in a 4‑star hotel, you expect better.

The location was very convenient, which was probably the best thing about the hotel. The rooms did not match the pictures and looked quite old and dated. There was an ongoing hot‑water problem; I had to call the technical staff frequently, and even then I had to wait at least 10–15 minutes for the water to heat up, which was very inconvenient and wasted a lot of water. The bathrooms were old and needed renovation. The actual rooms did not reflect the photos advertised online, and we eventually had to change rooms (still the same issue). There was also an unpleasant smell on the floor and inside the room.
