Clean and cheap for Cartagena, and the Manga promenade is just a minute away, but the room feels like a back‑bar of a bar—no proper ventilation, only a noisy fan, and the street traffic is loud. The tiny bathroom has no window, so humidity builds up, and we found a few cockroaches on the first night.

The room had excellent airflow, which made it a relief from the heat. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay.
