Nothing. There was no communication, no staff, no hygiene, never again going to such a dirty shop.

Friendly staff, regular cleaning, and helpfulness were all present during my visit.

I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained this hotel was, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also super central, making it easy to get around and access public transportation. What really surprised me was how quiet it was, considering it's in a busy area.
