The distance to the main services and the staff’s friendliness were good. The room size for four people was too small; it felt cramped. The kids woke up both with hives on their arms. Probably overall cleanliness was lacking. I’m not completely satisfied.

We were confused finding the reception because the hotel had no staff. We asked the building across the street for directions and they told us to check in there. They held our documents and even demanded payment immediately. We checked into room 224, which felt like a one‑and‑a‑half star place, and noticed the absence of towels, a used mat hanging on the shower curtain, no soap dispenser, and no soap. All this for just 80 €, and if we wanted breakfast they charged 16 € for two people! Avoid this experience.

I requested and paid for air conditioning, but the unit didn’t work, so we had a nightmare night.
