The staff were always very friendly and the breakfast was acceptable, but the location feels far from the center. The mattresses were a disaster—too soft and uncomfortable. I haven't seen a duvet with a cover like that since the DDR. It couldn't get any worse. With the windows open it was noisy, the main street ran right past and the kitchen smell seeped into the room.

It’s a relatively small, family hotel that was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a great breakfast, friendly staff, a lovely dinner, easy access to good hikes by car, a Kegelbahn on site, and a free parking spot. Everything was wonderful.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Landhotel zum Erbgericht. Our room was tastefully furnished and the bathroom was very clean. The hearty breakfast buffet had everything, and dinner was excellent. The attentive and friendly staff, along with the owners’ warmth, stood out. We’ll gladly return with our little dog.
