I liked the double room we booked; it sits right next to Station 2 beach, great for an early swim if you’re planning that, and there are restaurants, shops, and a bar right below. A water dispenser was there but it had no water; the staff said they couldn’t afford to buy water, which would have been a nice service. I got a bit dehydrated because the store water we bought wasn’t enough.

The price, location, cleanliness, and helpful, accommodating staff were all good. I appreciated the locker with a provided lock and the keycard for the main door, plus the water dispenser for everyone. The stairs were a pain, the shower holder needed fixing, and one shower room barely produced water. The other shower room was fine. The online number didn’t respond quickly enough—assign a staff number to the person in charge.

It’s cheaper, but there were no staff at night to manage people going upstairs.

The terrace view feels like a dream, and the host was lovely with a warm welcome, but the central Boracay location means you should expect some noise.
