Location, location, location! A separate entrance, beautiful surroundings, free on‑site parking, a ski depot, and the best Nisko bakery nearby. Perfect powder skiing in Niseko! The heating system could use improvement; the bathroom was cold, and the entrance and kitchen are quite small.

The spot was great—easy walk to the ski shuttle bus stop outside Lawson’s, close to restaurants, truck food, and shops. The room was a good size, with a downstairs ski and boot drying area. Breakfast was good and the place was quiet.
