Even though it was raining when we arrived, we managed to get from Hamamatsu station to the hotel via an underground passage, which was a relief. The staff were extremely helpful, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. A nearby café served a delicious breakfast, and there were plenty of lunch and dinner restaurants close by, which was very convenient.
