The private bathroom was fantastic, the facilities were top‑class, and parking worked well; breakfast was simply unbelievable. The only hiccup was my sat nav sending us to the wrong spot, but that was my fault.

The surroundings were peaceful and the host was exceptional, though the place is a bit out of the way and you’ll need a car.

The accommodation sits in a quiet, lovely area, and the main farmhouse across the road serves an amazing breakfast; the enclosed garden is perfect for pets, stays sunny all day, and is great for relaxing in the evening. The room contains plenty of local information and the guest book is full of extra tips, so I’m thrilled to have found this B&B and would definitely recommend it.

The setting was lovely and peaceful, the accommodation was comfortable and well‑equipped, and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a B&B.
