The owner is a nice guy. I stayed only one night in room six on the second floor, and the toilet or shower was quite foul.

Nothing positive. I strongly advise against this place; I even wonder if booking knows where it sends its guests. First, the bathroom was very dirty with hair like in previous guests’ rooms. The remote was so filthy I refused to turn on the TV. The reception, a Chinese gentleman, talks loudly at night and argues with guests, and you can hear everything because the doors are aluminum. The photos don’t match the rooms. The worst thing is the hotel is frequented by prostitutes, so it’s absolutely crazy, with all the noise. (They also rent rooms for just a few hours). I’d call it a total mess. I reported it to booking. I stayed two nights for two people, shared bathroom, and paid a modest fee of €350.

The terrace in our room was nice, and the shower was good. The bathroom was shared, but that was clear before arrival. Overall, it turned out to be quite convenient.

The street is relatively quiet. The bed is quite comfortable. Hot water for showering is available. It doesn’t meet basic criteria. There’s not even a glass or a cup in the room, the floor tiles are 30 years old, everything needs a thorough renovation. The doors are made of metal panels that don’t block any noise. At night people talk loudly in the hall and by the reception desk. The pipes and bathroom fixtures are completely rusted.
