If you’re traveling alone, the hotel works fine; the staff are very friendly, the double bed is like in Europe, and everything is reachable by taxi; food can be ordered quickly via Grap and delivered; overall 4 out of 5. The hotel needs a bit of renovation—bathroom, air conditioning; breakfast is good but only three free‑choice dishes, which I find not enough; the bed was good but the cushions felt too hard and thick for me, and the air conditioning was not really adjustable.

Breakfast was fine, but I wasn’t into Thai food, so it didn’t matter. The staff were very helpful. The room was big and clean. The balcony in our room was useless – it was too small, no chair or table fit, and it felt like it was forgotten. The lobby was cramped, and it could take a long time to get a response when you’re on the 7th floor.
