The view from this tiny house is a real gem, and waking up to a sunrise over a rice field with only local birds around felt unreal! We appreciated the warm welcome from Lara and her husband, who even invited us to dinner one night. They let us use their washer and were super helpful with local dining and activity suggestions. The homestay was a great experience. The only downside was that finding food at night could be tricky; the hosts gave us water and snacks, so it helped. The best strategy is to have dinner early, around sunset, in this area.
