The chalet itself was lovely and Ivana’s service was really attentive—she seemed genuinely concerned about our comfort. The only downside was the entrance: the step was a bit high and our car kept scraping the low clearance. Overall, a nice place if you don’t mind a tricky doorway.

The vibe there is super calm, which I appreciated after a hectic week. In general I liked it a lot, even if there wasn’t much else to write about.

Staying at Chalet Jack & Jill was a mixed bag: Ivana was a great host and the breakfast was tasty, plus the rustic décor and solid furniture gave the place character. On the flip side, the pool water was icy, the spot is pretty far from downtown Pipa, the shower only offered either scalding hot or barely warm water, and there were hardly any outlets in the room, making it a hassle to charge anything.

The room felt comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the space itself was really nice. Nothing really stood out as a problem.

We really enjoyed our time with Ivana—she was always helpful and pleasant, and the days we spent in her place were wonderful. Breakfast was generous and carefully prepared, and the peace of the location (a bit off the beaten path) plus the cute animals made it even better. Thanks, Ivana, and best wishes for continued success!
