The breakfast was amazing—definitely the best I've had, so I’ll definitely return just for that. The hotel itself is huge and spotless, and my kids absolutely adored it.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou. The staff were amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout, and their professionalism made our visit even better. The hotel’s spot is excellent, close to lovely gardens and the iconic Canton Tower, which is convenient for exploring Guangzhou. Overall, a superb experience with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return.

I liked almost everything about the place. The only issue was that when I requested documents covering my stay from 11 September to 16 September, they didn’t provide them; they only issued documents for 16 September to 26 September.

The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the price was reasonable. However, the TV channels were all local Chinese and outdated, and I never used them during my 3‑night stay; a hotel with such a diverse clientele should offer international channels. Additionally, the check‑in and check‑out process was slow.
