“Overall wonderful, even some little unexpected services”
The room was spotless and smelled great, and the same goes for the lift and corridors - really good impression. Huge thanks to the housekeeping staff, they were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were also great. However, there were a few hiccups - the soap was empty and no one had checked, the TV YouTube wasn't working on day one, and the room key didn't update automatically every day, which was a bit of a hassle.
