The apartment looked gorgeous and the bed was comfy, yet it fell short functionally: the fridge was one of the tiniest I've seen, the bathroom offered no place for toiletries, and the toilet was absurdly high off the floor.

The location was perfect, surrounded by a wide selection of bars and restaurants, and the place was very comfortable and well maintained; we were pleasantly surprised that the cleaning staff came every few days and replaced towels as needed. Whenever we had questions, communication was flawless. The bus network was nearby, frequent and reliable, so we enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked again for next year. I can’t think of any negatives, except that the lift broke down once during our stay, but after I called Marcello it was fixed quickly.

Sergio was incredibly friendly and helpful; he let us check in early, offered great dining and activity recommendations, and helped us find parking for our car. The hotel is very central, close to many restaurants, everything was spotless, and we could enjoy the minibar items without any extra charges.
