We accidentally locked ourselves out before checking out and left a phone in the room; the owner was exceptionally helpful at a very early hour in getting us into the room to retrieve the phone. Enna is not easy to navigate with a car, it took us a while to find the property.

The communication with the owner via WhatsApp for arrival details was good. The drive to the house was trouble‑free and parking was comfortable right in the spacious ground‑floor garage. The whole house is beautifully and tastefully renovated with attention to detail and style. Stairs lead to the rooms. The rooms are small but very cozy, practically equipped, very nice with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are beautiful, functional, in a modern design. Everything is perfectly clean and fragrant. A pleasant bonus was a small balcony overlooking the city. The accommodation does not provide breakfast and the small kitchenette in the common area cannot be used. The owner recommended the nearby restaurant Le Tre Rose, where we spent an extraordinary evening with excellent cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere – we highly recommend it. The staff do not speak English, but anyone who wants to will definitely manage there. For breakfast you can go to a nearby typical bar with excellent coffee and croissants. Overall we had a very pleasant time that we will gladly remember. I can’t remember anything to be negative… :-)

The location and having a garage were great, and our host was very helpful. The rubbish bin had not been emptied before we arrived.

The room is very pretty, well‑maintained, and the check‑in via WhatsApp worked great. A parking space in the middle of the city is available for an extra 10 € but it is very tight. There is a small balcony.

Good location in Enna, after the conundrum of one‑way streets has been learned. Other people parked in the garage were rude when they didn’t leave enough space for my vehicle to enter. Also the street basically closes down when workers parked their truck in front of the Pinocchio’s garage.
