I arrived at the hotel and noticed there was no microwave, the air‑conditioner buttons were broken, and the door wouldn’t close properly; the hot water in the sink had almost no pressure, there was no continental breakfast, the garbage can outside the door was overflowing, and the TV service was terrible.

There wasn’t much to say positively; the room was far too small for two double beds, I needed real blankets and bed covers, I had to ask for wash clothes and towels, and there was no bathmat.

“This is the second motel 6 that has had cat urine in the room and was not cleaned properly. I won’t even consider stayin”

The location was convenient, but the room smelled like cat urine, the toilet base had urine on it, and the floor behind the toilet was filthy.
