Everything was great: the bed comfort was wonderful, the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were very attentive, cheerful, and well‑served. The food was wonderful, and the wine was also excellent. Nothing was lacking; everything was very good.

The staff were very welcoming and calm, which was especially appreciated after a stressful day. The decor was attractive and the shuttle service was very welcome, especially at 5am. The restaurant service was very slow and inattentive; I understand they were busy, but it was not good. The food was fine, but we were not told that certain dishes were off.

The hotel is close to the airport, rooms are clean and staff friendly. They offered a free shuttle to the airport. To get a ride from the airport you have to call the driver or hotel receptionist, and unfortunately I could not make an outgoing call to an Italian number with my cell service, so we took a cab and everything worked out.
