“As a basic place to sleep for one night the hotel is acceptable, but we won't stay here again.”

Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant, hotel was clean, rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. There was one member of staff to deal with the bar and 'restaurant', so service was very slow. The restaurant was nothing more than small frozen pizzas, which the barmen had to cook, as well as try to cater to people waiting at the bar, so it took too long to be served. We were a group of 16 and had booked about a year in advance, yet they still ran out of glasses after we ordered a beer each? The hotel can accommodate 100's of people, so why only one staff member on duty? The parking is advertised as secure underground parking, but it is shared with the garages and lockups for residents who live in the residential block that surrounds the hotel. This means there are people constantly coming and going who have access to the garaged area. We have had a motorcycle stolen before when staying in Grenoble, hence why we elected to stay here with its 'secure' underground parking. Another reason we won't stay at this hotel again sadly

“Geen praktische doorreis locatie.”

De entree ziet er mooi uit. De kamers waren erg benauwd met vloerbedekking. De locatie is midden in een woonwijk, niet heel geschikt om bagage in de auto te kunnen laten. Weinig eetgelegenheden in de buurt
