The check‑in clerks were professional and friendly.

The room was clean and modern, but the TV stopped working; staff replaced it quickly, only for the second one to quit soon after. There was no covered area to pull through while it rained, which surprised me when we arrived. The photos show a couch, yet the 2‑queen room didn’t actually have one.
