“Nice cabins, but you need a 4×4 to get there”
The pousada is a pretty spot with brand‑new, tidy cabins and staff who are genuinely friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was decent. The only hitch is the road – you really need a 4×4 because the access is all sand and you can get stuck.
“No complaints, solid apartment”
The apartment’s layout is solid and everything works fine; we didn’t find anything to complain about.
“Friendly staff and spotless rooms”
The staff are the best, the coffee is great, and the place is spotless.
“Comfy room, limited dinner choices”
The room was really comfortable and spotless, which was a relief after a tiring day on the dunes. The downside is the location – it’s a bit far from town and the night menu is basically just sun‑dried meat with fries and rice, so a few more snack options would be welcome.
“Great coffee and views, but buggy”
Coffee here is excellent and the setting is perfect for anyone who likes the bush – we even saw macaws flying overhead and the room was spacious. On the flip side, being right next to the forest brings a lot of bugs; we found ants and spiders in both the bedroom and bathroom.
