I was really disappointed with this hotel. The moment I stepped in, I knew it was a bad idea. The place was filthy, and the lack of hot water was a major issue. My family and I had to take cold showers, which was unbearable at 10 degrees Celsius. When I complained to the owner, Mr. Kabra, he seemed unbothered and refused to give me a refund. He even had the nerve to ask for an extra Rs 2000.

I'm still trying to process how a hotel can be so poorly run. From the moment I arrived, I was hit with a wave of disappointment. The reception area was dingy, there was no intercom in the room, and I had to call the front desk to ask for a water bottle. To make matters worse, there was no room service, no kettle, and no kitchen. They even arranged breakfast from a nearby hotel, which was a joke. And if you thought that was bad, they didn't accept credit cards, only cash. It was a total rip-off.

My experience at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, and the person whose contact number was on the counter was completely unhelpful. When he finally showed up, he told me that there was no room available and that he had forgotten to update the booking website. I ended up having to walk around with my luggage looking for another place to stay.

I'm not even sure where to begin with this hotel. It's a complete sham, and the owners are cheats. They took my money and provided a terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
