The hotel is clean, but the staff could use improvement.

The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help, the location was great because we were within walking distance to the Pavilion, the room price was fair, and the overall environment was excellent.

The front desk staff were amazing!!! They were all so engaging and helpful, and there was nothing we didn’t like or enjoy.
