The rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning and the breakfasts were decent. However, there was no elevator, which was a problem for us with older adults, and even though we asked for first‑floor rooms, they were not assigned.

The staff were attentive, but the hotel didn’t enforce any quiet‑time rules, so we could hear laughter, doors slamming, and other noises late into the night, forcing us to wake up early. I told the manager at the time, but either no one cared or nothing changed.

“Decepcionante”

The staff were friendly upon arrival, but the room had a leaking air conditioner, so we were moved to a smaller, less attractive room. The real blow was in the parking garage: another car, too small to fit, scratched our car when it opened the passenger door. When I asked the hotel for video evidence, they said they would check, left me waiting two weeks, then claimed they saw nothing on the cameras and didn’t even know my car’s licence plate, clearly they hadn’t looked or didn’t want to involve the culprits. The breakfast was bland and unappetizing. For the price paid, it was a terrible experience.
